What is meditation?
The simplest answer I can give you is meditation is whatever you want it to be. All the answers you are looking for come from within you once you begin meditation.
Meditation is not a technique but instead a way of life. It teaches you to quiet the internal battle you constantly have within yourself and gain certainty. Meditation allows you to find your way back to what it is that is truly important in your life and what is necessary.
What is primordial sound meditation

Primordial meditation has been practiced for years and is greatly by Dr Deepak Chopra and Dr David Simon. When practicing primordial sound meditation we ask ourselves questions before we begin our meditation, we focus on our breathing techniques using pranayama breathing.
You are given a mantra that reflects the vibration the universe made at the time and place of your birth. You silently repeat this in your mind during this meditation and it creates the same vibration in your body helping you to re-align with the universe.
I have practiced many different forms of meditation and primordial is by far my favorite in my opinion.
